The NOMOS Club was introduced in 2007.
The Club was designed by Karin Sieber, an in-house industrial designer hailing from the German Black Forrest. It was aimed at ‘students and young professionals’. The Club has a sturdy two-piece case, giving this line a more rugged look – with the 100m water-resistance (now 200m on certain models) to back it up. It is one of the sportier models within the NOMOS collection, yet it could be considered fairly dressy by many standards. As such, it is not unlike elegant everyday watches from days gone by like the Rolex Bubbleback and ‘beef lug’ Omega Seamasters.
Initially only offered in 36mm with the hand-wound Alpha movement, a year later versions in 38.5, 40, and 41.5mm were added to the collection. In 2017 a 37mm was introduced, powered by the ‘Neomatik’ DUW 3001, making for a total of 5 different sizes – a unique feat within the NOMOS collection.
All sizes for the NOMOS ahoi can be found in our sizes section.
