NOMOS Stainless Steel bracelet, available for lug widths of 18, 19 and 20mm.
Please note – the bracelets with a width of 18mm currently have a lead time of several months.
At BaselWorld 2019 NOMOS introduced not one, but TWO stainless steel bracelets. The one shown here was released with the Club Campus neomatik models, but later also used on models such as the Tangente neomatik for Ärzte ohne Grenzen. It is resized by sliding the piece on the long end up or down, ensuring a perfect fit.
The bracelet on this page is made of stainless steel. It is available in size S and M, and widths 18, 19 and 20mm.

I am not sure what you feel is a slim wrist, but indeed these bracelets are not infinitely flexible. I would say sub 160-150mm circumference is where it gets trickier.
