hands-on: a NOMOS Club on vintage Bracelet / part 1

In my article for Ace Magazine I wrote about how I think of the Club as a modern alternative to watches of the 1940’s and 1950’s. I recently acquired a Eternamatic from that era, fitted with a Gay Freres bonklip-style bracelet. This morning I decided to give it a try on the NOMOS Club 701.

weltweit: aBlogtoWatch goes hands-on with the Club Campus

In ‘weltweit’ we keep track of NOMOS articles posted around the web.

Today, aBlogtoWatch posted a hands-on article on the NOMOS Club Campus.

The dial is where the Club Campus stands apart from the standard line of Club watches. The watches all have a “California” dial, in which the top half of the dial has Arabic numeral markers and the bottom half Roman numeral markers.
