As the main sponsor of the International Lake Constance Week 2023, held last month in Constance, southern Germany, we had the honor of presenting the NOMOS Award for the fastest yacht. Fittingly, Ahoi neomatik 38 date was also launched for the first time: an automatic watch of maximum precision, iconic style, elegant sportiness, and in the new case size of 38.5 millimeters in diameter.
In our online presentation this spring, we offered you a first glimpse of the model in sky blue. As an ideal counterpart, we have also produced a second version in a shimmering sand. Every glance at these watches offers the feeling of freedom. Ahoi neomatik 38 date looks elegant, is highly water resistant and robust, and fits even more slender wrists perfectly.
The key features in detail:
• Perfectly legible. These dials in clear sky and shiny metallic sand are refreshing. Superluminova on the hands and hour markers ensure clarity around the clock, while the date window is positioned at 3 o’clock.
• Wave resistant. As the whale reveals: Ahoi is water resistant to 20 atm. Crown protection is a given, and a red warning ring is visible when the crown is not fully screwed in. With a height of only 9.9 millimeters, the case remains surprisingly slim. The sapphire crystal above the dial has a colorless antireflective coating on both sides.
• In a good mood. Sport couture: Our high-quality, waterproof textile straps in blue-black or dark gray are custom woven in France. They have a casual elegance, are comfortable to wear, and keep Ahoi securely on your arm.
• Made in Glashütte. At only 3.6 millimeters in height, the DUW 6101 automatic caliber with a patented, bidirectional rapid date adjustment and the NOMOS swing system is an innovative movement from Deutsche Uhrenwerke NOMOS Glashütte. It was specially adapted for Ahoi neomatik 38 date and designed to be slender.
